What You Need to Know:
Our Client a leading Irish Agri business is looking for an Agri Retail Sales Assistant to join their team in Co. Wicklow. 

This is a full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm & Saturdays 8am to 1pm.

Your New Job:
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day customer service, assisting existing clients, and developing new business opportunities.

• Conducting telesales to existing customers to grow the business.

• Managing and reconciling stock regularly, ensuring all items are current and accurately counted.

• Offering expert advice and support to customers on a wide range of products.

• Restocking display areas regularly to ensure products are always available.

• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness, including the shop floor and storage areas.

• Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure the security of cash and merchandise.

• Handling product coding, pricing, and updating prices for goods available for sale.

What We Are Looking For:

• A background in agriculture or farming, with a passion for the industry.

• Previous experience in retail or stock control is a bonus.

• An agricultural qualification (Level 6 or above) is desirable.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn about agricultural and veterinary products.

• Ability to lift and handle stock when required.
