Serena O’Reilly

​Serena joined Matrix Recruitment in 2025 as a Recruitment Compliance Administrator in the Waterford office. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Marketing from University College Dublin. With extensive experience in marketing and administration across Ireland, Canada, and Australia, Serena brings a broad perspective and strong skills to her role as Recruitment Compliance Administrator.

Outside of work, Serena enjoys teaching yoga, reading, and exploring new destinations both locally and internationally.
