Matrix Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader for our client in the Distribution of IT and Home Entertainment sector based in Dublin 12. This is a full-time, perm role with immediate start. There is a competitive salary on offer for the right individual.

Your new job

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and the operatives
• Supervise the Fulfilment team in line with SLA
• Adjust schedules to facilitate customer demands
• Stocktake and cycle counts
• Provide training, planning and allocate work to the warehouse team
• Track timekeeping, holiday and attendance system
• Recommend measure to improve service quality and overall efficiency with lean practices
• Manage the process flow in the warehouse to ensure efficiency
• Compliance with high standard of H&S

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge/experience of warehouse/transport management and operations
• Reach truck and counterbalance license
• Experience in supervisory role in a distribution environment
• Works well under pressure
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Quality awareness
• Strong interpersonal skills

Desirable:

• Experience using SAP
