You will work as a Senior Recruitment Specialist for our client, a Global Service provider in the South East.
This is a permanent position that could lead to other opportunities.

Key duties & responsibilities:
- Implementation and coordination of the recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and recruitment of candidates via databases, social media etc
- Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specs
- Point of contact for the recruitment & selection process
- Performance of the full cycle of recruitment
What are we looking for?
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role (either agency or in-house recruiter)
- Experience of the full cycle of recruitment
- Confident individual with a strong motivation to meet and exceed KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree or similar qualification in Human Resources Management an advantage
- International Recruitment experience an advantage
- Social Media recruitment an advantage
