Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a MEDICAL SECRETARY (Clerical Officer) for our client, based in SOUTH TIPPERARY (CLONMEL)   

This is a full time CONTRACT role.

Key duties & responsibilities may include:

  • General Medical Sector Administration
  • Typing of Assessments
  • E-Mailing, Database Entry, Photocopying, Filing, Chart archiving etc.
  • Secretarial duties
  • Scheduling appointments and liaising with clients for clinics etc
What are we looking for?
  • Medical Secretarial/ terminology experience desirable
  • Strong Administration and Typing ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Confidentiality required – GDPR.
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual with lots of common sense
