Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a MEDICAL SECRETARY (Clerical Officer) for our client, based in SOUTH TIPPERARY (CLONMEL)
This is a full time CONTRACT role.
Key duties & responsibilities may include:
- General Medical Sector Administration
- Typing of Assessments
- E-Mailing, Database Entry, Photocopying, Filing, Chart archiving etc.
- Secretarial duties
- Scheduling appointments and liaising with clients for clinics etc
What are we looking for?
- Medical Secretarial/ terminology experience desirable
- Strong Administration and Typing ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Confidentiality required – GDPR.
- Self-motivated, proactive individual with lots of common sense
