What you need to know

You will work as an Information Administration Assistant for our client, a global technology company based in Waterford.

This is a contract for an initial 3 months but with potential for the role to be extended.  

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Administration of corporate documents to clients.
  • Online customer facing support.
  • General office administration duties as required.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum of one years’ experience in an admin role is essential.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills is essential.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products is essential.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Team player
