You will work as a RECEPTIONIST for our client in KILDARE.
This is a TEMPORARY CONTRACT role.
Your new job –Key duties & responsibilities
- General Administration
- Filing of all documentation
- Scheduling appointments
- Pulling Patients files
- E-Mailing, Database Entry, Photocopying, Filing, etc.
- Communicating with the public and responding to phone, email, and face-to-face queries.
- Maintaining records in an organised and efficient manner.
- Using IT regularly, including spreadsheets.
- Prioritising tasks and ensure everything is running smoothly within the office.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years administration experience in a busy office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be capable of taking instruction and then working on own initiative.
