Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a FRONT OF HOUSE/CLERICAL OFFICER for our client, based in Co. KILDARE

This is a CONTRACT role in a busy department, where flexibility is required around shift work.

Key duties & responsibilities may include:

  • Reception work – face to face and via phone
  • All general administration / clerical work
  • Data entry
  • Customer Service

What are we looking for?

  • 3 years’ strong Administration / Reception experience
  • Good Customer Service focus
  • Proficient in Word and Excel & good systems experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confidentiality required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
  • Well organised and efficient
  • Multitasker & strong all-rounder
  • Medical background would be an advantage
