Matrix Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents for our client in the insurance industry based in Co. Kilkenny.
They will be 9-month FTC with attractive package on offer.
Your new job
- Working within a fast-paced environment handling Sales and Retention inbound / outbound calls for New and Existing Customers,
- Provide excellent advice and service to existing customers on how they are covered on their insurance plan for expenses and associated services.
- Consistently demonstrate a strong customer focus by maintaining a high level of engagement with customers and ensuring all customer service standards are met.
- Effectively multi-task by managing calls while also recording all on-going customer contacts and sales activity using the Customer Management System.
- Meeting and exceeding individual targets and ensuring all service levels are met. Maintain and build knowledge on products and services, industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team and with all internal departments.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent IT skills & proven administration skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills and highly proficient in written and spoken English.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Sales/Customer Service role.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- A high degree of flexibility, with strong team spirit.
- Initiative, self- motivation and resilience.
- Proven accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Minimum education; Leaving Certificate or Level 5/6 in a PLC
- Must be an Accredited Product Advisor (APA/ CIP or Dip PMI) or willing to undertake this.
