Matrix Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Planner for our client in the FMCG industry based in Dublin 12.
This is a 10-month FTC.
Your new job
- Order entry and processing
- Customer service and support
- Assisting and resolving internal and external queries
- Sales return orders
- Managing uplifts
- Liaising with the logistics team and other departments as required
- Managing couriers when required.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience capturing orders in a fast-paced FMCG company
- Experience using Microsoft Navision
- Excellent communication skills
- IT proficient
- Highly articulate phone manner
- A quick thinker, with a strong can-do attitude and an ability to handle pressure
- Highly presentable, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside your area of responsibility when required.
- Complete fluency in English, both written and spoken.
