Our client, a very successful AI Irish start-up company providing bespoke accounting services are looking to hire Company Secretary. This is a new job with an excellent opportunity to be part of company with significant growth plans.

This job is 100% remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all Company Secretarial compliance queries

  • Problem-solve Customer filing compliance issues with your team on a daily basis

  • Set up filing alerts for all companies

  • Manage completion of filing requirements in a timely manner

  • Work closely with the accounting & processing teams to ensure filings are being prepared efficiently and correctly

  • General responsibility for Company Formations

  • Work closely with Product team to ensure proprietary software enables ease of oversight and autonomous filing preparation

  • General oversight of & responsibility for client filing status

  • Liaise with the product and software development teams to optimise your workflow on an ongoing basis

What are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of practice Company Secretarial experience.

  • A company secretarial certificate preferably from ICSA or Law Society

  • Deep understanding of all Revenue and CRO filing requirements and processes

  • Excellent communication skills, in particular helping clients understand the Company Secretarial issues that their businesses face

  • Experience in using CORE

  • Excellent numeracy skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Have the capability to deal with and solve problems and issues in the correct manner.

  • Excellent communication and administration skills are essential for this role.

  • Strong IT skills, comfortable using modern online productivity tooling such as Google Apps.
