Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a CLERICAL OFFICER MA for our client, based in Co. KILDARE
This is a PART-TIME CONTRACT role.
Key duties & responsibilities may include:
- General administration / clerical work
- Answering Phone – taking messages and passing to members of staff
- Obtaining information from internal and external stakeholders over the phone
- IT Literate
- Data entry using EXCEL Spreadsheets
- Filing & Copy Typing
What are we looking for?
- 3 years’ Administration experience
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone manner – good communication skills
- Confidentiality required – GDPR aware
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
