Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a CLERICAL OFFICER – Creditors’ Department for our client, based in SOUTH TIPPERARY (CLONMEL)   

This is offered initially on a 3-month CONTRACT basis.

Key duties & responsibilities may include:

  • All general clerical accounting duties
  • Preparing Invoices
  • General Bookkeeping duties
  • Reconciliations
  • Dealing with phone queries
  • Recording of all transactions
  • Maintain Database records of all Payments.
What are we looking for?
  • Accounts or Bookkeeping qualification
  • Finance / Accounting background
  • Good Systems experience and able to cross-train
  • Microsoft including Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Confidentiality required – GDPR.
  • Medical background experience would be an advantage.
