You will work as a CLERICAL OFFICER for one of our well-established clients in TIPPERARY
This is a TEMPORARY CONTRACT role with an immediate start.
Key duties & responsibilities
- Opening and receipting of all post
- Payment of invoices (Invoice Receipting
- General admin duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying
- Attending to phone and email queries
What are we looking for?
- Accounts Payable experience, and preferably SAP experience
- Good knowledge of finance and all aspects of creditors and invoicing
- Working knowledge of the medical field or experience in a similar setting.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and able to switch tasks seamlessly.
- Possessing keen attention to detail
- Garda vetting is required.
