Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager for our client based in Kildare
Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for our client who are a leading distributor serving Irish, UK, and international markets, in their search for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Leinster region.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to spot trends and identify new client opportunities.

• Analyse customer needs and tailor growth strategies to suit.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.

• Create compelling proposals and client presentations.

• Build lasting relationships with clients by regularly engaging with them to understand their needs.

• Provide tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business.

• Forge strategic partnerships within the traffic and safety industry.

• Collaborate with partners to expand product offerings and strengthen market presence.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified business development approach.

• Offer insights into product development based on market trends and customer feedback.

What we are looking for.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in B2B business development, with a successful track record.

• Familiarity with traffic management and safety regulations is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strategic thinker with solid market analysis abilities.

• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and stakeholders.
