Would you like to work for a well-established manufacturing company in Co. Offaly?

Our client is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant/Receptionist for their facility.

You will be responsible for managing the accounts, general administration and reception duties.

Your new job

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Maintaining ledgers.
  • Bank and creditor reconciliations
  • Invoicing
  • Maintaining accounting spreadsheets
  • Reception and administration duties

What are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years accounts experience
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Accuracy in preparation and entry of financial information
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Good analytical skills and ability with strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in English written/verbal communication skills
