What you need to know

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in North Wexford, is looking for an ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to join their Finance Department.

You will be responsible for performing daily accounting duties including processing payroll and will report directly to the Financial Controller.

This is a 3-month CONTRACT role.

Your new job
  • Managing end to end payroll process
  • Accounts Payable duties
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Completion of bank reconciliations
  • General accounts administration
  • Other ad hoc duties
What are we looking for?
  • Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Excel along with accounting and payroll software applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative


  • Previous experience processing payroll of 40+ employees
  • Strong experience working in a busy Finance Department
