What you need to know

Matrix Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR for our client, a successful FMCG company, based in Co. Carlow.

As the ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR you will join the busy sales ledger department and will report directly to the Office Manager.

This is a 6 – 9 month CONTRACT role with an immediate start.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders using SAP
  • Responsible for credit control
  • Sales ledger account reconciliations
  • Complete and process the paperwork for customs dispatch
  • Responsible for revenue returns
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills ie. Excel, SAP
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Immediately available
  • Exposure to SAP system
  • Good analytical skills
