You will work as a Supply Chain Coordinator for our client, a highly successful and ambitious commercial company based in Waterford.

You will join a small team of coordinators and you will be responsible for your own set of customers. You will report into the Finance Operations Manager.

This is a permanent role and has a very attractive financial package.

Your new job:

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Manage the transport scheduling process to achieve maximum pick-up and delivery to customers

• Agree and schedule the deliveries to customers

• Liaise with suppliers, hauliers, and customers to achieve the highest level of service

• Measure performance through the KPI system

• Address and resolve any issues as they arise

• Identify process improvements

• Ensure quality control and compliance procedures are adhered to

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience of working in a Transport or Logistics or Customer Service environment

• Degree level but not essential

• Strong IT systems ideally some SAP background

• Excellent communicator and relationship builder

• Commercially astute
