Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Quality Compliance Manager for our client, based in County Carlow.

Responsible for leading and delivering all activity in relation to quality and compliance across the business, this role will lead the development and progress of a positive compliance culture, including compliance with standards, policies, procedures and legislation.

This is a permanent role.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Development and continuous improvement of company policies, processes, and procedures.

• Manage the quality control and recall processes to ensure accurate batch traceability and deviation management.

• Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.

• Manage the compliance program.

• Complete internal audits and 6s inspections.

• Ensure corrective actions are raised, actioned and closed out.

• Ensure adherence to control of documented information process.

• Manage and oversee safety program for all staff.

• Drive the management of the risk assessment program.

• Develop, maintain and drive safety observation and near miss reporting processes.

What are we looking for?

• 3rd level qualification in quality or related discipline

• 4 years’ experience within Quality/Compliance within a regulated environment, within manufacturing.

• Good working knowledge of ISO9001.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Lean experience an advantage.
