Key duties & responsibilities:
- Responsible for making sure that things run smoothly in a manufacturing environment.
- Focus on improving the way things are done to make the process more efficient, reduce costs, and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Analyzing data to find areas for improvement.
- Working with technology vendors to find better solutions.
- Leading validation processes,
- Collaborating with operations teams.
- Technical qualification – BSc. degree in engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering desirable
- 5 years minimum manufacturing experience
- High level of computer literacy (programming experience would be beneficial)
- Exposure to Validations ( running or leading a validation)
- Self-motivated, good leadership & communication skills, problem-solving & project management.
