Matrix Recruitment are actively seeking to recruit a Part Qualified Accounts Administrator, for our client based in Carlow.    This role is offered on 1 months Contract basis with potential for the right candidate.

 Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of Financial Statements
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Preparation of Creditor Reconciliations and Accounts Payable
  • Processing of Supplier Invoices & Payments
  • Preparation of Bank Payments and Review of Receipts
  • Assist with weekly Payroll
  • Identify & escalate any problems/issues with reconciliations as they occur
  • Assist with month-end reconciliations and close
  • Cash Flow projections
  • General Bookkeeping & General Ledger entries
  • All general office administration duties including Reception duties; Typing; Filing etc
  • Processing of expenses & review of overhead expenditure
  • Credit card processing & Reconciliation

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Part Qualified Accountant/Accounting Technician
  • SAGE 50 knowledge
  • 2-3 years Accounts Assistant experience
  • Advanced PC skills – MS Office
  • Excellent communication & real team player
  • Reliable, self-motivated and highly organised
