What you need to know

You will work as a Technical Sales Executive for our client, a well-established environmental company in the Carlow.

 

This is an office-based full-time position and you will join the company at an exciting time of expansion within the industry.

 

This is a PERMANENT role with an attractive salary package. There will be opportunities to progress.
 
 Your new job

  • Develop new business across multiple departments 
  • Identify new business targets and initiate contact
  • Develop a pipeline of prospective new clients
  • Work closely with Department Heads and other members of Sales Team
  • Liaise with potential new clients across technical markets
  • Compile weekly reports on sales targets to submit to Sales Manager

 

What are we looking for?

  • Liaise with potential new clients across technical markets
  • 2 years+ experience in a sales/business development role
  • A proven track record in developing new B2B business
  • Technical background is essential 
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational and business development skills  
  • Customer focused and target driven


 Desirable:

  • Science or Engineering degree or relevant years of experience
