Job Details for Documentation Control Coordinator
Matrix Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Documentation Control Coordinator to be based in Waterford with our client a world leading Manufacturing company.
This is a 12 month contract position.
- Copy, Scan, Store Documents as required by Regulations and site procedures.
- Review and Update Technical Documents.
- Work well as part of a Team and independently to meet work deadlines.
- Experience with MS Office and Excel.
- Attention to detail in relation to all documentation practices.
- Retrieval of files as requested by Operational Areas.
- Implement systems which minimize downtime for the area.
- Be capable of updating Procedures as per Change Control requirements in a Right first time manner
- Minimum of 5 years working in a Documentation Control role within a Pharmaceutical – Medical Device company.
- Excellent Communication skills.
