Key duties & responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operations related to biomass materials at the plant.

• Ensuring deliveries are carried out safely and efficiently,

• Handling biomass materials effectively at the site,

• Coordinating with the operations team to meet plant requirements.

• Responsible for maintaining high standards of H&S,

• Creating work plans and shift schedules to maximize efficiency,

• Communicating with staff to ensure safety and productivity.

• Assisting in the monitoring of staff performance.

What are we looking for?

• 5yrs supervisory experience, preferably in operations,

• Knowledge of biomass handling operations would be advantageous.
