Matrix Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager for our client in the food sector based in Dublin 15.

Your role will be to provide a professional service to designated customer base and work to open new accounts across the sector.

This is a permanent role with an attractive salary and a company vehicle on offer.

Your new job

• Visit customers on-site to develop and maintain business relationships
• Travel to multiple client locations on a daily basis
• Responsible for increasing sales with current customer base
• Develop new business opportunities within specified area
• Recognise and execute up-sell opportunities
• Develop extensive knowledge of company products and services
• Ensure all administration for the area is completed in timely manner
• Maintain CRM system regularly

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience
• Experience in the food sector is an advantage
• Strong presentation skills
• Customer focused and target driven
• IT proficient; Microsoft Office
• Full, clean driving licence
