What you need to know
You will work as an Administrative Assistant in South Dublin for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.
This is an exciting opportunity with a company who value their employees. You will provide administrative support.
This a temporary role for 2 weeks and the salary is negotiable.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
- General administration duties such as filing and answering the phones
- Scheduling appoints ins calendars and coordinating meetings and conferences.
- Work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving reporting and analysing information
What are we looking for?
- Must have the ability to multi task.
- Strong communication skills and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Very strong administration and coordination experience.
