What you need to know

You will work as an Administrative Assistant in South Dublin for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.

This is an exciting opportunity with a company who value their employees. You will provide administrative support.

This a temporary role  for 2 weeks and the salary is negotiable.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • General administration duties such as filing and answering the phones
  • Scheduling appoints ins calendars and coordinating meetings and conferences.
  • Work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving reporting and analysing information

What are we looking for?

  • Must have the ability to multi task.
  • Strong communication skills and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Very strong administration and coordination experience.
